Having traversed the journey of kundalini
from start to finish, I knew that
this site had to be started. Why?
Simply because kundalini is so misunderstood,
and due to the knowledge I have gleaned,
having traversed 30 years of this
most difficult experience.
During my journey I searched for a
Teacher or a Guide and found nothing
except people with theories who had
read some books or were teaching methods
of yoga. None of these were able to
answer the questions that were ringing
in my mind or able to give any concrete

advice as to how
to proceed. Chakras and energy fields, postures
and theories did nothing except confuse
the issue. Doctors and Mental Health professionals
wanted to label and categorize. Tests were
run, pills were given, diagnosis after diagnosis
appeared. With each new prescription there
was simply more toxic symptomology, while
no help was forthcoming. The healthcare
realm simply made the process even more
unbearable. During that time I promised
that whatever knowledge I gleaned would
be shared most openly. So here we go on
the great kundalini adventure from hell
to heaven and the path through consciousness.
